We often resolve sensitive situations in which a family member has been the victim of undue influence, fraud, or decisions made with lack of mental capacity.

BriefCase: We represented the family of an elderly man who was fraudulently induced to change his will. A postal carrier befriended and eventually moved in with the man, who was in ill health, and induced him to change his will to the exclusion of his family. We achieved a favorable settlement.

BriefCase: We represented the family of a man whose medical and emotional state rendered him susceptible to the undue influence of an out of state high school's fundraising department. After the man left his entire estate to the high school, we represented the family and sought to invalidate the will on grounds of mental incapacity and undue influence, obtaining a favorable settlement.
